Once you start barebacking, if you're taking loads you will sooner rather than later become positive. It took me only a few months, so 4 months after starting to bb I had another test and surprise, surprise I was positive.

The upside then is that you can then stop worrying about becoming HIV positive and enjoy raw uninhibited sex!

You can still obviously pick up STD's. I've only had chlamydia so far, so no problems there.

I do worry though about catching hepatitus C from a raw load as I understand that it complicates treatment a lot. It also means that you can't drink much alcohol, and I enjoy a drink.

The downside to being positive is are you prepared for the eventual health problems?

Most guys would say that I am wasting a lot of time and energy worrying about something that may or may not happen. I have come to the conclusion that you have to be very careful.
