Pure cum is better, i think the best shape is a bullet for insertion or being a true pig you should get a lube shooter, a injection without the needle to shoot the cum deep in your greedy pig hole. Most sex sites sell them or just buy from your nearest chemist an injection without needle for the medical version, they are cheaper too.
