The age calcuation in the profile is wrong. I'm 41 (won't be 42 until 1/18), but the age is calculated as 42. Don't make me older than I am!

5. Sex now ads do not work.

This crap has been going on now for almost 2 years, and I have faithfully maintained my Gold membership. I will be patient until Friday, Nov. 9. At that time, if the site does not work, I will no longer financially support such ineptitude and I will cancel my membership. I don't expect any reply, as the webmaster gurus ignore members complaints.

I didn't see it mentioned, but when I click on 'view members' profile from other people's profiles, it brings me to my own profile.

The new pages look pretty, but they don't work really well. I hope you get the kinks fixed.

Just to add...

#in addition to explicit main pics not being displayed as thumbnails (which I'll add a comment that it's ludicrous to censor profile pic thumbnails when all the ads & banner show explicit content), if you add someone to your rawpals who has an xxx main pic, then they don't appear when you go to your rawpals list.

#on my profile there's no city or country listed, and when I go to edit it, there's no box or drop down list to change it.

What a joke, The new site is MUCH worse than the old site, and that was a far cry. Was the webmaster on meth when he took 2 years to write this, you can't even search by city any more.. There are FAR FAR better bareback sites out there now that WORK. http://www.#$%^&*(.com is a great example of a working bareback site, and they are FREE. Unbelievable that anyone would pay for this crap that bb.com has put up.

It is pretty much essential for members to be able to search for people close to them. Any site is useless if the profiles they are viewing are of members across the country. Also, this is a hookup site.... why are you censoring the nude pics? MOST of the pics that are posted are the site are nude so what is the point of having pictures if you cant see them

Thank you for your input so far guys. I’ll try to answer as many of these questions as I can.

a. We know about this issue and it is being fixed.

a. We have tested this in many browsers and it is working for us. That issue exactly are you having?

3. When you view someone’s profile it tells you what their HIV status is, but not the status of guys they're looking for.

a. This is something we didn’t see. It is part of the profile and I’ll make sure the programmers add it back in.

4. It keeps logging me out...I go away from the computer for a couple of minutes and when I get back I have to log in again, it's very irritating.

a. The current log out is after 10 minutes of inactivity you are automatically logged off. We did this because we were had it set to one hour and people would leave the site and then come back and try to log in but they were already logged in and it seemed to them they were at issue so we moved the automatic time out from site to 10 minutes of inactivity. This will change as we are working on a solution not only to make this longer but to change the onlne presence activity.

5. Why (even when you are a paid member) doesn't it show thumbnails for people whose main picture are xxx rated....you just get a page of the "xxx icon"

a. Excellent fucking question. It is not supposed to do that and the programmers are working on removing that. I didn’t see that until today. But, out testing only dealt with a few hundred images and today, we moved over almost 100,000 so there are going to be some things to tweak out. Sorry.

a. Sorry, you are not impressed. The old site was based on a code that was obsolete and we had no choice but to rebuild. You can’t just leave a site with code from companies that don’t support the software. The old code was not able to be updated and when the webmasters tried, it failed. We have done the best we can and thrown more money than you can imagine into this. All I can say is that we have 4 full-time programmers working on all issues and another 4 administrators working on admin issues. We will try to get to all your concerns and make this site even better than the last one.

a. The searches are not done by Zip code but now by city. The AEBN feeds should all work if you have the latest software for them. We don’t own AEBN, we just pay for those feeds monthly. You can contact customer support if you are Gold and unable to get access to them.

a. Currently, it works from the top menu bar where it says search. I see the issue you have when you use search in the Search area. I have asked the programmers to fix this.

9. XxX profile pics do not work.

a. Can you expand on this? I am not sure what you mean.

a. It worked when I tested it today. What exact issue are you having? Please give me details.

a. We never ignore anyone. The webmaster team responds to all e-mails. If you don’t get responses from them, e-mail me at: crazycalm@gmail.com I know we have been going through this crap for 2 years. We have gone through 4 sets of programming teams and all have failed. The reason for this is it is such a huge site with tons of features and often times over 10,000 online at the same time doing seaches, etc. It is not an easy task and most teams do not really understand how difficult it is to build a site that is optimized for this kind of traffic. I don’t aplogize for the traffic but I do apolizie for 2 years of crap. This site is the final version as we have not choice but to go with it and improve it. We need input and suggestions to do this. I hope you will be a part of that process.

a. There are legal reasons for this. Those are not our sites and we are not required to have any information on those models. Our site is different. The laws change often and we are protecting minors from seeing any nude pics on our site that are hosted on our servers.

a. This I didn’t know and will let the programmers know.

The chat was working earlier today. The damm thing isn't tonight. I was on the damm thing early today. So, I'll have the programmers look into the damm chat not working.

They are also looking into the webmaster feeds.

As you see slutbot, we are trying to work on all issues and if you find them, just let us know and we will work on any damm thing that isn't working well. I give you my damm word on it.

This site is brutal to navigate now. It wasn't that great before. Is there anyway to search profiles in your area without being a paid member? The only search that seems to work is by name string which is impossible for any new members out there, or the ones checking out the site to see if it is worth using. You are losing potential customers, and potential playmates for us!

I have to agree with this. The old site, anybody could search for local profiles, but now you can only if you're a member. With the member prices as high as they are relative to most other sites, it's just not worth joining here. If I can't search by locality, I'm not coming back.

I have to agree with this. The old site, anybody could search for local profiles, but now you can only if you're a member. With the member prices as high as they are relative to most other sites, it's just not worth joining here. If I can't search by locality, I'm not coming back.

Anyone will be able to search local profiles. That is a component that is being fixed as we speak. On day one, everything is not completed and tested. All those features should be live and usable next week.

One thing that does not seem to work for me is if i search under Gold members (gold searches active members) for people in my city, yesteday it showed no one online (even when i was logged on) and today only shows two people but im not shown as being online currently even when im logged in and my city is correct.

This site is unusable. It's incredibly frustrating to use and I usually just give up after 5 minutes of waiting for pages to fail to load or being looped back to homepage. I realize there are alot of challenges that go along with redesigning a website and I won't pretend to know if there are usually this many problems when other sites redesign. But I do know I'm not a happy customer right now. Sadly things don't seem to getting better, the things that are suppose to be working do not work consistently, and the things that aren't working altogether are mostly things that members have been paying for right along. I have been and probably will continue to try to wait things out, but if the level of service does not improve I, and probably many other customers, will have no choice but to cancel.

Problems are persisting. I get ejected all the time, viewing profile gets me the home page in 70% of the cases. Site is really slow. Get the 'smarty error' too often. Time has come to move on! There are other sites far more better than this one. A quite new one and still undiscovered: barebacktribe... and for free.

We don't have zip code search but will have local search features. It is now there in the search menu.
