Guest ethan_hines Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 I've had an anal fissure for years now. It comes and goes, usualy associated with constipation.Just when I think it's healed it shows up as bright red blood on my wipe. Being a bottom, and enjoying BB sex, I'm afraid of blood-semen transmission of hiv. I don't want to have sugery because I hear it leaves your tight ass hole not so tight anymore. It's not a big fissure just annoying and recurant, I asked my doctor and all he said was eat more fibre and drink lots of water. Well I increased my fiber with metamusil and I drink lots of water but the fissure gets opened up. Any Ideas?

tnbiohazard Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 My ex used to get fissures, but even with barebacking him for six years, he was still neg. when we broke up. And I wasn't on meds those first six years. It is a risk, but if you're going to bareback, you should be willing to accept the risk. It's not a death sentence, and what I always felt was that though I wasn't trying to get poz, if it happened, I knew the risks, and wanted bb sex anyway. Now almost a decade of being pozzed I've learned I'm living a normal life, and take just one pill a day.
