You're most likely okay, unless you had open sores on your penis or an infection in your urethra right at your piss slit.

topman74 is correct that it is fairly unlikely to get HIV in this way...however the other poster who said that you cannot get HIV from semen in the mouth is mistaken. The numbers show a 13 in 10,000 incidence rate of contracting HIV from semen orally...though a lot of the risk depends upon whether the receiver has any breaks in the mucous membrane (mouth lining) or any sores around the lips. The chances are increased if you swallow. Anyway, I always swallow cum (just want to say that so you understand I'm not judging), it's a risk, but for some of us it's just too tasty to pass up

The virus can't survive by itself in much of any environment, but it is sheltered from the stomach acids for a bit while the semen is being digested. And any ulcers or minor injuries to the stomach lining or the esophagus give the virus an avenue of infection, so swallowing increases the risk, statistically.

hey interesting thread.. well it's just simple if you are barebacking with frequent partners and they too like barebacking then it's a matter of time..some guys test neg and shortly after are poz and can unknowingly pass it along to you.. those first few mos when most don't even know they are - the person is HIGHLY contagious.
